RETURN POLICY

Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) strives to make our customers’ journey as smooth as possible, from the moment the order is placed until the final stage when the products are delivered to your doorstep in good condition.

Customer satisfaction being our prime focus, you can return the product at the time of delivery if you are not content with the product’s shape, color & quality. We will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of payments made using credit or debit cards may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system and bank charges will be paid by the customer’s account.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

As a customer, you can cancel your order up to 6 PM one day before your delivery date by calling our customer care number. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order through the original mode of payment. Suppose we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website. In that case, we could cancel such orders at our sole discretion.
