You acknowledge and agree that awfashion.ae / AW at its sole discretion and without liability may make amendments that are not substantial amendments without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the site.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize and access the site. Under the requirements and restrictions herein of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments and/or revisions that are now made to these Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether the user has agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the amendments and/or corrections. Violation of Terms and Conditions

Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) under this User Agreement or at law or otherwise, Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) may immediately and without liability: limit your activity, remove your bids, end your listings, warn other users of your actions, temporarily / indefinitely suspend, limit or withdraw your membership, and/or limit or withdraw your access to the site:
- If you breach this User Agreement;
- If Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide; or
- If Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) believes (in its sole discretion) that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users or Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ).
Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) may at any time at its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. A user that has been indefinitely suspended or had their membership withdrawn may not register or attempt to register with Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) or use the site in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user is reinstated by Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ). Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you breach this User Agreement Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by you to Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) or any losses and damages caused by you to Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) and to take such steps including legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings against you as Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) in its sole discretion deems necessary. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) right to take any actions with respect to that, or subsequent or similar breaches. Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) does not guarantee that it will take action against all breaches that there may be of this User Agreement.
Applicable Law
The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws and principles. All disputes arising in connection in addition to that shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Dubai.
Indemnity
Al Waqt Al Saheeh Trading ( AW ) makes no warranty or representation of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of title or non-infringement, implied warranty of merchantability, the fitness of a product for a particular purpose, or other violation of rights about the accuracy, validity, reliability, or content of any products and/or the site itself.
